Risk Disclosure

A plain-language summary of material risks associated with digital assets, AGFI and the current proposed IEO framework.

Last updated · July 2026

Digital assets involve significant risk and may not be suitable for every person. AGFI may lose substantial value or become untradeable. Only consider an amount you can afford to lose entirely, and do not use rent, medical, education, emergency, retirement or other essential living funds.

1. Digital Asset Risk

Digital assets may be speculative, technologically complex and subject to limited legal or consumer protections. Ownership and control may be concentrated, information may be incomplete, and available remedies following fraud, operational failure or error may be limited.

2. IEO Participation Risk

An IEO involves risks beyond ordinary website access, including platform eligibility, KYC and AML review, stablecoin exposure, funding errors, allocation calculations, custody, technical outages and jurisdiction restrictions. The current website does not conduct the IEO and does not accept funds.

3. Market Volatility Risk

AGFI prices may move rapidly and materially in either direction. The IEO price is not a price floor, valuation assurance or indication of future trading. Short-term market prices can be affected by sentiment, free float, ownership concentration, unlock expectations and overall digital-asset conditions.

4. Liquidity Risk

A proposed listing does not ensure adequate market depth, narrow spreads, deposits, withdrawals or an ability to sell. Liquidity may be concentrated on one venue, and a market may suspend operation or disappear. Large orders may experience substantial price impact.

5. Project Execution Risk

Product development, user adoption, developer participation, revenue, enterprise pilots and ecosystem plans may be delayed, reduced or abandoned. The roadmap contains targets, not guaranteed delivery dates. The project may be unable to execute its intended strategy or maintain sufficient operations.

6. Technology and Smart Contract Risk

Contracts, wallets, applications, APIs, AI models and third-party infrastructure may contain defects, be misconfigured, become unavailable or be exploited. Planned reviews and audits can reduce but cannot eliminate risk. No completed independent audit is claimed by this website.

7. Regulatory Risk

Laws governing digital assets, Token distributions, trading, staking, stablecoins, marketing, data and AI services differ by jurisdiction and may change. Regulatory action may restrict eligibility, product availability, transferability, liquidity or project operations. No legal classification or regulatory approval is claimed.

8. Token Unlock Risk

Public, ecosystem, community, liquidity, investor, team, advisor, marketing and reserve allocations become available under different schedules. Increased available supply may create selling pressure or change ownership concentration. Maximum unlocked supply is not necessarily identical to reported circulating supply.

9. No Guaranteed Allocation

Accessing the website, downloading the whitepaper or participating through a future platform does not ensure an AGFI allocation. Allocation may be reduced to zero because of demand, pro-rata scaling, platform precision, account limits, beneficial-owner controls, KYC results or jurisdiction restrictions.

10. No Guaranteed Listing Performance, Liquidity or Returns

No exchange is confirmed through this website. The proposed listing may be delayed or cancelled. If trading opens, no price, volume, liquidity, withdrawal availability or future return is promised. The value of AGFI may fall below the IEO price or become negligible.

11. No Investment Advice

Website and whitepaper content is general project information. It does not consider your financial position, objectives, experience, tax status or risk tolerance and is not a recommendation to purchase, hold or sell AGFI or any other asset.

12. User Suitability and Responsibility

You are responsible for determining whether digital-asset activity is lawful and suitable for you. Consider your knowledge, ability to withstand total loss, need for liquidity and exposure to other speculative assets. Do not borrow, use leverage or use essential living funds. Seek independent professional advice where appropriate.

Risk notice: Digital assets may be volatile, illiquid and subject to total loss. IEO participation does not ensure allocation, listing, liquidity or future performance. Evaluate your own circumstances and obtain independent professional advice where appropriate.
