Privacy Policy

How information may be handled by the current informational AgentFi Network website. Final implementation and jurisdiction-specific notices remain subject to review.

Last updated · July 2026

This Privacy Policy describes the current informational website model. The site does not provide user accounts, wallet connections, subscription forms, payment processing or onchain execution. No specific operating legal entity or registered address is stated because none has been supplied for publication.

1. Introduction

AgentFi intends to apply data-minimization, purpose-limitation and reasonable security principles. This Policy should be updated before deploying analytics, contact forms, account features or services that collect additional personal information.

2. Information We May Collect

A basic web host may process technical information required to deliver the site, such as IP address, browser type, device type, requested pages, timestamps, referral information, approximate region and security logs. The exact fields depend on the eventual hosting and analytics configuration.

3. Information Users Voluntarily Provide

The current website does not contain an account, KYC, wallet or subscription form. If a controlled contact channel is introduced, users may voluntarily provide an email address and message. Users should provide only information necessary for the request and should not submit financial credentials or identity documents unless a separate verified process expressly requires them.

4. Cookies and Analytics Notice

The current source does not intentionally configure advertising cookies or a third-party analytics service. Vercel, a future hosting provider, content-delivery network or security provider may process limited technical data necessary to serve and protect the site. If optional analytics or non-essential cookies are added, this notice and any required consent mechanism should be updated before activation.

5. How Information May Be Used

Technical information may be used to deliver pages, maintain security, diagnose faults, understand aggregate website performance, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations and improve content. Information should not be used for undisclosed payment processing, wallet activity or personalized investment recommendations.

6. Data Security

Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are intended, including HTTPS, updated software, restricted administrative access and minimal collection. No system can ensure absolute security. Users should verify the domain and avoid sending sensitive information through unverified channels.

7. Third-Party Services

Hosting, content-delivery, security or document services may operate independently and process information under their own terms. The current website does not claim control over independent third-party services. Any future external link should be verified before use.

8. International Users

Website infrastructure may process technical data in countries other than the user's location. Data-protection rights and transfer requirements differ by jurisdiction. The final operator should review and publish jurisdiction-specific disclosures before collecting material personal information.

9. No Collection of Wallet Funds or Credentials

This website does not collect, custody or transmit wallet funds. It does not request private keys, seed phrases, recovery phrases or wallet passwords. Users must never submit private keys, seed phrases, recovery words, signing credentials or sensitive wallet information on any website page or through a support message.

10. No Payment Processing on Website

The website does not accept card payments, bank transfers, stablecoin deposits, Token commitments or cryptocurrency transfers. It does not display a deposit address and does not execute subscriptions. Any future IEO process would occur only through a separately confirmed platform under its own privacy and compliance documentation.

11. User Rights

Depending on jurisdiction and actual data processing, users may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability, and may have a right to complain to a relevant authority. A verified request process and responsible legal entity must be established before such requests can be operationally handled.

12. Policy Updates

This Policy may change as website functionality, providers and legal requirements develop. Material changes should be published before the relevant processing begins where required. The displayed update date identifies the current public version.
